A Letter to Our Clients
The health, safety and peace of mind of our clients, community and team are always top of mind. We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation surrounding COVID-19, and have come up with a few easy ways to connect and continue meeting your project needs while supporting social distancing and other adjustments our community is making to help mitigate the spread of the virus.
- You don’t need to leave your house to meet with us. We are happy to conduct virtual idea and design sessions (and other discussions) at your convenience.
- We’re also open to meeting one-on-one at your place, ours or a vendor showroom (with adequate distance). Instead of a handshake, we’ll greet you with a smile and a wave.
As always, your research, questions, concerns and selections can be managed online. We encourage you to visit https://www.mmdgcc.com/ and Houzz for more ideas, where you can scroll through our gallery of project photos, virtual tours floor plans and more for inspiration!
Our Policy and CDC Guidelines:
As our communities continue to navigate these uncertain times, here are steps we are taking beyond our typical high standards on all job sites, per CDC guidelines:
- No food or drink is allowed on the job site. All food and drink must be kept in vehicles.
- No handshaking.
- Regularly wash or sanitize hands.
- Avoid touching the face and cover for any coughs or sneezes.
- Regularly disinfect hand tools, doorknobs, and handrails.
- No sharing of hand tools.
- Stay home if you feel sick or if any family member in your home is sick.
We take comfort in knowing our communities will return stronger than ever. We wish you and your loved ones good health, and we are here for you.
